<description>"I feel frustrated that the decision may not be mine to make, and as the problem worsens, both my children and the children of my friends will have a greater exposure than we ever had. There is not much we can expect from anyone to improve drinking water quality but ourselves. As long as we diligently filter out the bad stuff the best we can will grant us a peace of mind, may be?</description>
